Job Opportunity: Experienced IT Recruiter for USA Market
Are you an IT Recruiter with a deep understanding of the USA market? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a 100% ONSITE CONTRACTOR (POLANCO AREA), ready to tackle the challenges of fast-paced recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise in various types of hires, including W2, 1099, C2C, and Contract to Hire, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each concept:
W2: Full-time employment with benefits provided by the employer.
1099: Independent contractor responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
C2C (Corp-to-Corp): Contractual arrangement between two businesses, where one company provides services to the other.
Contract to Hire: Initial contract position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
Collaborate with staffing companies in the USA, strong knowledge of market rates and salaries for candidates across the USA.
Manage a high volume of submissions and placements while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment, meeting weekly and monthly submission and placement goals.
Demonstrate proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in IT recruitment, particularly in the USA market.
In-depth knowledge of different hiring contracts, including W2, 1099, C2C, and Contract to Hire.
Proven track record of working with staffing companies in the USA, adept at handling rates and salary negotiations.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously, maintaining efficiency and quality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent English proficiency, facilitating clear communication with clients and candidates.
Comfortable working 100% onsite as a contractor without benefits.
English professional level is required
Compensation (Contractor with no benefits)
Salary: $23,000 MXP per month
Additional incentives:
$1000 bonus for punctuality.
$1000 assistance bonus.
$2000 submissions goal bonus (5 per week).
$2000 placements goal bonus (1-2 per month).
As a contractor - Sick days, Time off and holidays are not considered in the compensation.
