Who You Are:
You're not just detail-oriented—you're detail obsessed! You're a people person who loves making things happen, and you know the ins and outs of rental applications. You're also a master of multitasking, love coordinating inspections, and can handle anything leasing-related with style and grace.
What You'll Be Doing (and loving!):
Application Processing: You'll work your magic on rental applications, verifying income, employment, rental history, and running background checks. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, swiftly, and in line with company criteria.
Tenant Screening: You know what it takes to spot a great tenant. Conduct thorough credit, background checks, and make sure only the best move into our properties.
Leasing: Draft lease agreements and ensure every ‘i' is dotted and every ‘t' is crossed.
Communication Rockstar: You'll be the friendly face (or voice) tenants rely on, guiding them through every step of the leasing process with updates, answers, and smiles!
Show ‘Em the Goods: Help schedule property showings and get prospective tenants excited about their new home.
Marketing: Make sure our property listings are eye-catching and updated, so we keep getting inquiries flowing in.
Inspection Coordinator: You'll be the go-to for scheduling interim and pet inspections, keeping things on track, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant.
Fair Housing Hero: You'll help us stick to Federal Fair Housing guidelines, ensuring every process is fair and legal.
Document Ninja: Keep records of all application and leasing activities sharp and organized, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Why You'll Rock This Role:
You've got at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience (or you're ready to learn fast!).
You're a multitasking pro and a detail lover, especially when it comes to processing rental applications.
Tech-savvy? Absolutely! You're comfortable using leasing software like AppFolio or Tenant Turner (or willing to dive right in and learn).
You're a great communicator, whether you're talking with applicants, tenants, or team members.
You're independent and confident managing your own schedule.
You have a dedicated, home office with the technology needed to be successful.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with underwriting, rental application verification, or scheduling inspections.
A background in customer service, real estate, or administration.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and rental compliance.
