Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Mexico City

Work Modality: Remote

What you'll do?

Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals & brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual presence across all channels.
Conceptualize and execute design projects from ideation to completion, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, digital assets, print collateral, and packaging.
Serve as ambassador of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and integrity in all design outputs.
Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, provide design solutions, and deliver on-time, high-quality deliverables.
Conduct thorough quality checks on design work to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and professionalism.
Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and related fields, and apply insights to elevate our design capabilities.

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums and industries.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
Strong typography, layout design, and digital marketing.
Knowledge of motion graphics, web design, or UX/UI design is a plus.

Soft skills:

Excellent conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
