Based out of México (Polanco) we are currently looking for a finance and and administration assistant.
Stem Fuels is a trading/brokering house dedicated to supply ship owners with marine fuels and lubricants. Our customers is our first priority and our team strive to be available for them anytime needed.
As our Finance and Administration Assistant , you will be responsible for bookkeeping, finance and various office/administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, expenses, invoicing, and conducting other tasks related to finance and administration.
Responsibilities
Track expenses, budget, receipts and other financial dealings of company.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely processing of various tasks.
Take care of various administrative and office tasks at our office.
Support our commercial team with various tasks and materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Trustworthy.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical skills and Detail oriented.
