We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is key in supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Support the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring logistics.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and operations.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Address and resolve workplace issues, supporting a respectful and inclusive work environment in line with company policies.
3. Performance Management
Assist in managing the performance review process, including scheduling evaluations, gathering feedback, and tracking progress.
Collaborate with managers to identify development areas and support performance improvement plans.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Administer and communicate employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Contribute to compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and internal equity assessments.
5. HR Compliance & Administration
Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records and assist in generating HR-related reports and analytics.
6. Training & Development
Coordinate learning and development opportunities aligned with business goals and compliance needs.
Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
7. Employee Engagement
Support initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Assist in planning and executing events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or other HR management tools.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
