The Position is to work in Panama, a change of residence is required.
SUMMARY
Candidate to apply this position must have customer management ability and deep knowledge in quality tools to solve problems and as well as demonstrate proven capacity to develop and manage a QMS and KPIs as responsible for the quality of the process must lead all the deliverables to accomplish our customer requirements on the electronic industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main activities (but not limited) for the Senior Quality Engineer are:
· Ensure all customer requirements are meet and supported
· Demonstrate leadership to manage issues
· Ensure the product quality in the assembly lines
· Trains quality assurance staff.
· Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
· Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
· Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
· Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
· Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
· Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
· Strong Knowledge in solving problem methodology such as 8D,5 why, Ishikawa.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
· 100% Bilingual (English and Spanish)
· Knowledge in ESD requirements such as ESD-2020
· Leadership abilities
· Customer Management
