Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Experience and skill requirements :

• Fundamental technical knowledge based on at least a bachelor university degree
• Able to train and coach common CAD Software for design principles.
• Deep knowledge of automotive products, manufacturing and engineering
• Good understanding overall business, procedures and processes.
• High level of analytical ability and negotiation skill, strategic competence.
• Based on the organization's objective, set up department goal and coach staff to set up short-term practice plans, review and consolidate the submitted plans in order to ensure the department goal meets the company's targets.
• Supervise or oversee staff's work activity and implementation, solve the difficult problems or emergency situation within the department, or coordinate with other department if necessary in order to achieve the department goal.
• Manage and coach staff's performance, provide the job description to own department employees to ensure that they understand and perform according to the requirement, and solve people issues in order to maintain the morale of the team and motive team performance.
• Integrate experts into local team and maximize team output and overall performance.

• Must have excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Interfacing with the customer is required.
• 10% travelling required.
