Descripción
Our client, one of the largest corrugated machinery manufacturer in the world with plants in the US, Europe, Asia is looking for a Field Service Engineer/Latin America with a good level of English based out of Mexico.
Dimensions
Perform installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, operator and maintenance training on corrugated manufacturing capital equipment Will work primarily at customer locations through Latin America.
Responsibilities
• Primarily serving the corrugated industry
• On Site service visits installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and training of machine operators and maintenance personnel
• C ustomer service (phone online) from remote locations
• Increase levels of certification on the products
Required Experience:
- 3 years of experience in troubleshooting & maintenance of electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment is required.
- Proficient with PC applications and the use of laptop computer, as detailed written reports, spreadsheets, and PLC software are required on a regular basis.
- Knowledge of corrugated and/or paper machinery and industries.
- Knowledge and ability with basic mechanical and electrical engineering practices.
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical prints and diagrams
- BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering
- Good Level English/Spanish
- Travel (60 80%) to LATAM countries (at customer's facilities)
