RATINGS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences/Agricultural Engineering or related field with at least 4 years.

2.-Experience in fresh produce or at least 6 years in food.

3.-Strong interpersonal skills.

6. Proven decision-making and analytical skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects.

8. Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).

9. Bilingual English-Spanish (required expert).
