TRAINING SR. MANAGER
MEXICO CITY
JOB SUMMARY
A Senior Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, management and execution of training,
learning and development programs in the organization. Ensures successful integration of training and
development programs so that employees can competently meet the business needs of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise the correct and efficient use of the Training resources (monthly budgets, ratios, classrooms, equipment, etc)
· Lead efforts to comply with internal (GPTW, Speak Up, CSW) and corporate initiatives.
· Lead the participation of Training teams during new and current client implementations
· Supervise and participate in the timely analysis, creation and execution of action plans tailored to each client or site's needs
· Supervise and communicate performance indicators to Directors and upper management
· Provide opportunities for ongoing development
· Participate in the review, of potential and current, of Training sections of MSAs & SOWs
· Participate actively in roundtables, work sessions, offsites, etc., in order to address areas of opportunity or strengthen the organization.
EDUCATION AND SPECIFIC TRAINING
Bachelor´s Degree in Education, Communication, Administration or related career.
Fluent English
WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5 years in Training area
12 months in Call Center experience
