Descripción
Come work at SINBON MX, one of the assembly manufacturing companies in San Luis Potosí, MEXICO. We are seeking to hire a General Accountant with at least one year of experience to join our team. If you're excited to be part of our family, make your next career move with us.
JOB DESCRIPTION?
- Enter and update financial data in accounting software with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, files, and records.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and billing.
- Assist with audits and other accounting projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- One year of proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Understanding of ERP system.
- Math, analytical, negotiation, and attention to detail skills.
- Speed and accuracy in performing data entry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (ADVANTAGES)
- 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience with journal entry records.
- Good English command.
