Build and lead a team to develop data-driven strategies and policies to enable the commerce business, regulate creators' short videos, live-stream and their content.
Maintain a keen understanding of the market and regulatory conditions to inform strategy development.
Responsible for closing policy and implementation gaps by discovering, measuring, and resolving abusive creator behavioural and content quality trends.
Building up the implementation process and working closely with cross-functional partners, such as product and tech teams, to optimise enforcement system efficiencies
Lead initiatives to ensure constant improvements of creators' compliance, risk and experience related top line metrics.
Manage cross-functional communication and data reporting for this team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree preferably in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science or equivalent degree.
Proven experience on e-commerce governance strategies or policy-making.
5+ years of experience in related domains, including Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policymaking and Operations Management, or Ecommerce Strategy, Seller or Product Growth, Risk, Compliance, or Experience programs
At least 2 years of experience leading teams and managing cross functional partnership
Proficiency in English is required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in explaining complex solutions in a simple way and able to influence others without authority.
Highly data driven, with experience analyzing and utilizing data-driven methodologies for OKR business goal setting, and business analysis, e.g, policy making, risk discovery, or program design.
Strong risk, business, product, and research acumen.
Excellent stakeholder and program management skills, to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to achieve results.
Preferable in demonstrated ability to navigate successfully in ambiguity, with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
