The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for providing advanced technical support and leadership in the management and maintenance of desktop systems, networks, software, and peripherals. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in desktop support, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. The candidate should have basic familiarity with networking hardware and network cabling. They should also be comfortable working with Vendors for quoting of hardware when needed.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide level-1 and level-2 end user support

· Image devices using SCCM and configure with required software

· Manage the repair and deployment of wireless barcode scanners and label printers

· Facilitate printer repair through 3rd party providers.

· Configure and deploy Windows PCs to new employees

· Procure and deliver IT hardware and software

· Provision and De-Provision accounts in Active Directory

· Diagnose returned PCs and coordinate with vendors for repair

· Assist employees in enrolling in MFA

· Manage IT inventory as part of the Desktop Management team

· Level 1 network support

· Remote hands for global infrastructure team

Qualifications

· Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

· Detail-oriented for ticket documentation and asset management.

· Ability to present and explain information to diverse audiences (management, users, vendors, and technical staff).

· Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.

· Proactive, self-starter, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

· SCCM Imaging experience

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot

· Experience supporting wireless barcode scanners and label printers

· Excellent knowledge Windows 10/11, Office Suite/Office 365

· Experience with Azure AD MFA Support

· Active Directory User and Computer Account Management

· Experience with Group Policy (GPO) administration

· Experience using remote support tools such as Bomgar preferred

· Windows Server administration experience preferred

· PowerShell experience preferred

· Technical documentation skills preferred

Education, Experience and Certification

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent

· Minimum 4 years' experience in Desktop Support or Systems Administration
