In TECNO We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Database/Admin Assistant to support our administrative and data management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, assisting with administrative tasks, generating reports, and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain data across internal databases and systems
Perform routine data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy
Generate and format reports for internal and external use
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation
Assist in organizing digital and paper records for easy retrieval
Communicate with internal departments to verify and clarify data entries
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide general clerical support to the team as needed
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
1+ year of experience in data entry, database management, or administrative support
Skills and Competencies:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working with database systems (e.g., Microsoft Access, Salesforce, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
