Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Finance Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support in managing mainstream accounts where we have listings. The support includes daily operational work deductions, promotional plans, listing forms, Line Review preparation, arranging samples to buyers, and tracking service rate reports from distributors to retailers.

Evaluate product performance and track POS for each retailer for our brands and competitors to draw actionable insights and corrective actions as needed.

Build Line Review Calendar for each retailers and help with customer meeting prep to expand distribution.

Maintain customer forecasting files to track stocks on hand, shipment plans, and secondary sales performance by region and by customer.

Support in implementing and tracking distribution strategies to drive store coverage for each cohort.

Track payment schedules with distributors and ensure all due payments are made on time by customer.

Maintain accurate and timely sales data entry across sales sheets, promo plans, and forecast files.

· Engage with stakeholders and attend meetings to capture and circulate notes and follow up on actionable points

Preferred Qualifications:

In Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A mix of both finance and marketing knowledge is highly valued.
At least 3-5 years of experience working in marketing finance, financial analysis, or a related role within the marketing or advertising sector.
Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance tracking of marketing campaigns or projects.
English: Advanced
