Job Description: Technical Program Manager – Data Driven Experience (DDX)
A multinational consumer goods company is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to contribute to the success of a global Data Driven Experience (DDX) initiative. This program serves as a centralized hub for customer information, enabling enhanced personalization across the consumer journey.
In this role, you will lead the execution of digital and data-focused projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of features and ongoing improvements. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating execution, managing UAT and release activities, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. A strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and refine the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, prioritizing items for each sprint.
Work closely with business leaders to define project objectives, map stakeholders, and implement effective communication strategies.
Supervise vendors, manage project timelines and budgets, and coordinate service requests in alignment with the DDX Program Leader.
Drive collaboration across IT teams, business partners, and external vendors, and provide consistent updates on project status.
Identify, document, and monitor risks, issues, actions, and dependencies using a RAID log.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation to meet internal standards and audit requirements.
Record meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely resolution.
Work with technical teams to interpret enhancement requests and validate proposed solutions.
Evaluate and approve business and technical enhancements, with consideration for scalability and privacy compliance.
Oversee financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking, utilizing advanced Excel capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
6–9 years of experience in IT project management.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.
Experience managing large-scale cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Big Data platforms, Databricks, AWS, SFMC, Reltio, PowerBI, and SQL is a plus.
