Master Data Specialist- BOM transmission to SAP

Operate Master Data (Master Data creation, update, and archive/deletion processes) by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain. Provide support for Master Data management processes.

Your responsibilities

• Change Notice-Adding New CNs to Tracker.
• Manufacturing FAB Review-CapabilitySite Analysis to stablish component classification.
• Mfg Change Coordinator Approval-Releasing and confirmation of info transfer.
• Purchasing Review-Quoting with supplier, confirm purchase components information updates with suppliers.
• Engineering Review- Structure assignment and assemblies BOM confirmation
• Manufacturing FAB Routing Review and FAB CNC Review.
• Manufacturing Change Coordinator PArameter Review- Confirming Routing, Structures and Classification.
• Material Master & Costing Review. MAterial status update and costing assigned and confirmation.
• Quality Confirmation and Windchill CN Clousre Confirmation.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Administrative-Mechanic, Electrical-Mechanic, Materials, Systems or IT Systems Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of MS Office, CNC (Computerized Numerical Control - Alphanumeric Positioning) and punching and bending processes.
• Experience in manufacturing transactions.
• Technical knowledge of component applications.
• Advanced English level.
