Job Summary:
Are you a people person who loves talking, connecting, and persuading? We're looking for energetic, outgoing students to join our team as Patient Telemarketing Specialist to help us recruit individuals for important health studies. In this role, you'll be the voice of our outreach efforts — speaking with potential participants, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:
· Reach out to potential study participants via phone, email or text to promote health research opportunities.
· Clearly explain study benefits, requirements, and eligibility criteria in a friendly, engaging manner.
· Follow scripts and FAQs while adapting to individual conversations to build trust and interest.
· Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records using our CRM or tracking tools.
· Meet or exceed weekly recruitment goals and conversion targets.
· Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new outreach strategies and share best practices.
· Attend occasional campus or community events to represent the study and engage with students and local residents.
· Provide feedback on common questions or concerns to help improve outreach materials and messaging.
Qualifications:
· Comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds
· Be friendly, persuasive, and a great listener.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a goal-driven mindset.
· Able to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic familiarity with email or CRM tools is a plus (but not required).
· Prior experience in customer service, sales, peer outreach, or volunteer work is a bonus — but we're happy to train the right person.
· Passion for health, community engagement, or helping others is a strong advantage.

Benefits:
· Monthly pay starting at $5,000 MXN, with performance-based increases:
$5,500 MXN in month 2
$6,000 MXN in month 3 (additional increases based on outcomes)
