Functions:
Design and execute A/B tests and Experiments across all markets in Americas to all LoBs to optimize Microsoft Store web experience and customer journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including experimentation, marketing, product and category management, to develop and refine experimentation strategies.
Analyze and interpret test results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to CSA Champs and DDS PMs.
Manage the experimentation pipeline, prioritizing tests based on potential business impact.
Present regular reports (MBRs, Americas WBR) on experimentation results and learnings to the Americas team.
Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the DDS organization.
Manage all aspects of email campaign execution, from conceptualization (with the support of CSA' PMs) and design to deployment, and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, marketing, and Americas PMs, to create email content.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and analytics to refine and improve email marketing efforts.
Develop and maintain campaign timelines, ensuring all email marketing initiatives are executed on time and within CRM requirements per markets.
Present regular reports on campaign results, including analysis of KPIs and recommendations for future strategies.
Document sales impact across CRM and Experimentation for the Americas.
