Overview:
As the Product Marketing Lead at ATA, you will be the strategic driver of our supply chain logistics solutions' market presence. Your role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing how our products can help, and working cross functionally to communicate these benefits. Your efforts will expand our business and global footprint, with a strong focus on Account Based Marketing (ABM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Market:
- Research customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Define and refine segments, personas, and buying committees to support ABM programs.
- Crafting the Story:
- Develop clear, compelling product messages.
- Ensure consistency and engagement across all marketing materials, including brochures and website content.
- Launching New Products:
- Plan and execute full-cycle go-to-market programs from ideation to sunsetting.
- Collaborate with teams and partners to ensure successful product launches.
- Develop sales training programs and ongoing enablement activities to support growth.
- Sales Enablement:
- Provide the sales team with tools and information to enhance conversion efforts.
- Train the sales team on product benefits and features.
- Driving Demand:
- Partner with Growth Marketing Leads and other functions to develop and run targeted marketing campaigns.
- Personalize messaging for various channels, industries and personas including, but not limited to email, social media, and events, with a focus on achieving OKRs.
- Creating Content:
- Develop or brief high-quality marketing materials that explain our products.
- Work closely with designers and writers to produce engaging content.
- Engaging Customers:
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and marketing strategies (own the voice of the customer).
- Develop case studies and testimonials to demonstrate product success.
- Measuring Success:
- Establish measurement of OKRs + Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and improve future marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, with mandatory experience in the supply chain logistics industry.
- Proven success in launching and marketing products & solutions.
- At least 5 years of Account Based Marketing Experience.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
