• Develop and deploy GenAI applications using Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agentic Frameworks, and fine-tuning techniques tailored to financial services.

• Utilize Azure cloud services for scalable, efficient data processing and analytics.

• Design and implement advanced data science solutions using Python for automation and problem-solving.

• Apply machine learning techniques such as Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Gradient Boosting to extract insights and enhance performance.

• Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with clients to identify AI opportunities and quantify business value.

• Contribute to end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely results and stakeholder satisfaction.

?? Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's or PhD is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, with a strong focus on GenAI solutions.

• Proven skills in Python and Azure (3+ years).

• Experience in Data Modeling and Analysis (Python + Azure – Mandatory).

• Familiarity with ML techniques (Decision Trees, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting) – Nice to have.

• Consulting background highly desirable.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1 minimum).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable managing project timelines and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

• Integrity in handling confidential data and sensitive business information.
