Job activities:
Research contact information for board members, associations, and real estate developers (using Google, Google Maps, People Search Engines, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
Enter and distribute leads from all internal/external sources via Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
Maintain CRM database integrity by updating account, lead, and opportunity records regularly.
Identify and correct wrong data in the customer database.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Standard schedule: 8:00 to 17:00 Mexico City time.
Daylight saving schedule: 7:00 to 16:00 Mexico City time.

Minimum requirements
High school diploma.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel, in an intermediate level.
Experience working with CRM platforms preferred. (Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus.)
