Position Title: Senior Analyst, Program Management
Business Unit: Programs
Reports To: Outsource Program Lead, Program Management
Location: Mexico
About this role:
The Senior Analyst, Program Management will support a key LRQA client in developing a deep relationship with our client, the vendors and the factories globally to drive social compliance and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and instinctive individual who will contribute to the clients' social responsibility program and needs. They will work in partnership with the Program Lead, Data Analyst, and other LRQA teams to meet the client's expectations and execute against our SOW obligations. This role will help to represent the client externally with supplier and service providers and internally with LRQA delivery teams. They will report directly to the Program Lead, Program Management and to the client for whom LRQA has management responsibility.
Key job responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst role is responsible for executing the Client's supplier engagement and risk monitoring program. They will be responsible for ensuring the assessment plan is executed against expected timelines, communicating directly with suppliers before and after assessments, and other interventions, and work closely with the program lead to shape the program.
The primary responsibilities include the following:
Supplier Management & Communications
Act as the expert on specific client assessment requirements and manage the regional risk monitoring program externally, including providing clear guidance for suppliers, responding to inquiries, regularly calibrating teams, and maintaining updated systems and documents.
Plan, communicate and continuously monitor execution of the assessment plan , ensuring suppliers schedule audits or other risk interventions as required and following escalation procedures/reporting as appropriate. Engaging monitoring firms as necessary to support suppliers in scheduling audits
Review all audits and/or risk interventions for region, with focus on areas such as repeated findings, critical issuesuality management including missing special elements (i.e. completion of 3rd shift when applicable, unique instructions etc.)
Data process support as required, for example:
Non-ERSA SAQ manual conversion for EiQ
Deploy eLearning to suppliers as needed; Refer suppliers to regional, industry or other in person or webinar trainings (i.e. AIM progress etc.) on an ad hoc basis
Pre- and Post-assessment communications with suppliers, sharing expectations, addressing questions, and supporting successful execution of services
Maintain internal guidance, standard operating procedures and instructions that allow us to meet client expectations and SOW obligations.
Contribute to reporting and performance measurement for the account that aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Keeping systems and trackers up to date, accurate and available to Client on a regular basis
Work in partnership with Data Analyst to provide KPIs related to Service Provider performance, including for example, maintenance and reporting on quality log, TATs, report uploads and critical issue alerts.
Working with team, provide reporting to Client as needed
Provide monthly updates and quarterly trends to Client's regional buying offices related to high-risk suppliers, audit/SAQ/eLearning completions (See section above regarding meetings/)
Liaise with local Client supplier relationship manager and global Client teams as appropriate
Guide and work closely with a global team of staff within LRQA supporting the Client to meet expectations and SOW obligations
Ability to travel for business development and client meetings as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal English;
A 4 year college degree;
4-5+ years of experience, with experience in the Ethical Sourcing/Labor Compliance/Environmental arena either for a brand/retailer or service provider;
High level of integrity and honesty;
Responsive and able to accommodate multiple time zones as needed.
Understanding of the limitations of compliance programs in order to help add additional value through alternative scheme application and recommendations preferred;
Analytical skills and ability to identify risk
A flexible attitude and ability to adopt and embrace changes quickly
Creative and entrepreneurial minded;

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strength in writing and communication - individuals who make the complex simple, who can relate concepts with visuals and a minimum number of words.

Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
