We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator with a strong focus on user, tools, and server administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in script management, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Work US hours.
Communicate effectively with non-technical end users.
Administer tools: Jira, Confluence, and Service Now.
Manage scripts and administer PowerShell to read and update existing scripts.
Microsoft Teams Administration: assign phone numbers, update call groups, troubleshoot access and inbound/outbound calling issues, and add customer domains to allow interoperability.
Outlook email administration: update mailbox sizes, manage distribution lists and shared hybrid mailboxes, administer Office licensing, and resolve calendar issues.
Active Directory (AD) user administration: add and remove users, create and edit groups, perform name change requests, and troubleshoot MFA issues.
Automation and auditing: create service accounts, manage PIM groups, gather auditing documents, and troubleshoot onboarding/offboarding tasks.
CyberArk administration: manage users and groups, add/remove servers to/from roles, and troubleshoot access issues.
Windows server administration to execute automated tasks.
Required Skills:
Strong English skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Service Now.
Solid experience in PowerShell.
Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal outside assistance.
Experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Active Directory administration.
Knowledge in automation and auditing.
CyberArk administration experience is a plus.
Basic experience in Windows server administration.
Good to have skills:
Familiarity with automation and auditing tasks in enterprise environments.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge in server administration.
