We are looking for people who may have experience as Tech support or Help Desk, helping customers with their accounts. As a Tech savvy agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled technical support. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage, process and resolve technical issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.
Focus on problem solving, on handling difficult and high-stress situations.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates to better assist customers. It is very helpful if you are curious and have work with hardware such as PC, laptops, cellphones, tablets and Printers of any brand.
Requirements:
Advanced English (C1)
1 or more years (in a row) of experience working in a customer service and tech support environment (each one)
Excellent customer relationship skills and a passion for achieving goals.
Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting internet services and home appliances.
Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy to quickly de-escalate tense situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external relationships.
Ability to establish lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
It is valued to have completed university or technical studies.
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiar with internal software applications such as CRM, Hub, Salesforce, and Talkdesk.
