Job Summary:
As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will foster a collaborative and strategic approach to human resources acting as a key liaison between the HR department and various business units, ensuring the delivery of effective HR solutions that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnership:
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and objectives, and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Engage in professional interactions with business leaders to address HR challenges and opportunities.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Work closely with business leaders to identify and address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- When needed, engage in employee negotiations for offboarding procedures.
Talent Acquisition and Development:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to assess workforce needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
Performance Management:
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Collaborate with business leaders to address performance issues and develop improvement plans when necessary.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to assess key HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Elaborate data analysis and reporting to support business leaders in making informed workforce decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in the role as an HRBP.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
