ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from U.S. customers, providing solutions and assistance with account management, general inquiries, and follow-up support related to banking services. Just Customer Service! (No sales )

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed high school diploma (certificate required)

• At least 1 year on customer service or Call Center experience

• Advanced conversational English (B2 - C1)

• Valid and updated documentation

• Availability to work 9-hour shift

• Pass a background check

• Live arround 90 minutes from the work site

100% On-site Position

Location: One Marina Park (10 minutes from Tacuba subway station)

Fixed schedule in the service window:

Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm,

Weekends: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Schedule may change according to U.S time (summer and winter time).
