Sr. Process Analyst
The Sr Process Analyst, R&D will work closely with the Leader of Process Management within LIXIL International R&D to manage the health and continuous development of the Stage Gate process for global projects. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of new product development. The role contributes to the effective implementation, tracking and continuous improvement of Stage Gate and the product development and commercialization process. The Sr Process Analyst, R&D may also assist the Project Management of select key process or NPD related projects.
Responsibilities
This individual will assist the Global Stage Gate Process Expert.
The position requires familiarity with Stage Gate, continuous learning and is required to assist on all aspects of the process and to evaluate best practices for today and future growth.
Consults on process requirements and roadblocks. Supports the sustaining, updating, and improving of the project portfolio management system
Supports the creation and maintenance of process related documentation including but not limited to: templates, procedures, RACI charts, meeting invitation lists, reference materials, etc.
Provides process and system coaching and assistance to cross-functional teams as needed
Assists with maintenance of the Orchestra project portfolio management system. Orchestra project portfolio management system.
Participates on process improvement teams and integrates updates back into Stage Gate and new product development processes.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or other analytical discipline is preferred
- Experienced in Stage Gate processes, development and training is required
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in project leadership on multiple moderate to complex projects in new product or process design/development
- Proven ability to successfully support process and project management improvements
