Contact Center Software Platform Engineer - Huawei Mexico Software Department
Location: México City or Queretaro.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen customer relationships and customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Learn, master and skillfully apply the skills of the call center platform.
- Handle, report and coordinate to solve the problems that occur on the production network.
- Identify the issues and new requirement, report to the related supporting teams and maintain smooth communication with different teams.
- Trace the related tasks in the project orderly; summarize the typical cases from work experience.
Work Experience:
- Commissioning and troubleshooting of software applications.
- Diagram and process mapping tools experience.
Professional knowledge and Technologies:
- Have the basic knowledge and practice experience in Linux OS, rational Database and SQL, TCP/IP
- Be familiar with the Customer Care, contact center (or Call Center) or other customer support system.
- Have experience in project management, have your own personal opinions and ideas on the project, and have a strong driving force.
