OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Asegurar la aceptación de los XML con los clientes para poder asegurar la cobranza.
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
Auxiliar de facturación para soporte en temas de portales de cobranza para errores en ciclo de facturación.
Auxiliar con conocimientos en facturación electrónica, tratamiento de xml con conocimientos en adendas, uso de portales financieros de clientes.
Conocimientos básicos para asignación y seguimiento de algunas cuenta x cobrar.
NIVEL EDUCATIVO:
Licenciatura concluida en contabilidad, finanzas, administración o carreras afines.
EXPERIENCIA:
1 año en área de facturación electrónica, documentos fiscales timbrados.
CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y DESTREZAS ESPECÍFICAS:
SAP, XML, CFDI v3.3 Portales de clientes, Excel.
Requiere disponibilidad de horario. Rol en turnos.
Zona del empleo: Parque Industrial Tecnológico PIT II, Anillo Periférico Sur #7980, Santa María Tequepexpan, Tlaquepaque, Jal. (A un costado de la estación del tren ligero periférico sur).
