TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• English level: B2 (spoken and written) — this is essential.
• Technical studies in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT Systems, or related fields.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Multichannel technical support (comfortable handling video calls and phone support).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of electrical and/or electronic systems.
Work Modality:
• Hybrid. Initial training will be conducted on-site.
After the training period, the role will be partially remote.
• The candidate must be flexible to visit clients within Mexico City as needed.
• Full-time position (8 hours/day). Work schedule to be determined upon hiring.
• Initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on mutual satisfaction.
• Salary: $20,000–$30,000 MXN/month + legal benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide bilingual (Spanish and English) technical support via phone, email, and video call.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users.
• Properly document each interaction in the CRM system.
• Guide users through technical solutions and product usage.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer support process.
