Grade: B Sc/Eng /TSU/Tech in Computer Science, Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field
Intermediate conversational English
Minimum 1 year experience providing technical support (telephone or personal) and/or customer service, preferably focused on data networks
Office Suite Management
Windows OS skills, Mac and Linux desirable
Solid knowledge in data and telecommunications networks: (TCP/IP, Wireless Networks, VPN, L2/L3 Switchover, Routing, VLAN, IP Surveillance, Home Automation)
