Title: Sitecore Developer

Location: Remote in Mexico

Duration: Fulltime

Salary: 55k to 75k

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Sitecore Developer is primarily responsible for supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of client's external digital properties. The Developer collaborates extensively with an external vendor in creating web and mobile solutions. In addition to technical skills, a successful Developer is able to translate conceptual ideas into concrete tasks as well as translate business needs into technical requirements. Responsibilities include technical design, development, documentation and maintenance of digital properties and data integration between internal and external systems. The Developer ensures that all Sitecore development activity supports client's strategic goals.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily support and project based enhancements of Sitecore Experience Platform
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot new and existing web applications
• Perform code reviews and deployments for general application bug fixes
• Maintain a high proficiency level with system architectures, and database system models.
• Design scalable and maintainable architecture for Sitecore projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices
• Building and maintaining custom APIs to extend Sitecore's capabilities, including RESTful services for headless or microservices architectures.
• Collaboration with Front-End Developers by providing the necessary APIs and services to interact with Sitecore and the development of templates and lay-outs to meet front-end requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited college
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Familiar DevOps Practices and Agile Methodologies
• Extensive understanding of relational data modeling
• Strong SQL skills
• Organizational and project planning skills

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years Sitecore programming experience
• 5+ years of experience with .Net and C# development
• Experience in deploying, managing, and scaling cloud applications using Azure PaaS
• Experience DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure-as-code (IaC)
• Experience with headless CMS architecture and Experience Edge APIs

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

• Sitecore developer certification preferred (9+)

Position #2

Title: Kubernetes Support Specialist

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 45k to 55k

Location: 100% remote in Mexico

Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

· Experience with the implementation, architecture and operation of an on-premises Kubernetes environment.

· Strong understanding of Cloud infrastructure, Unix/Linux-based operating system, commands and utilities, as well as Configuration Management Tools, CI/CD Development Environments/Tools: Git, GitLab/GitHub.

· Problem solving in a development or production environment, including experience observing patterns, analyzing root cause and suggesting ideas to resolve issues.

· Good communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem to help drive solutions with App Dev teams and senior stakeholders

· One of the following Scripting languages: Shell script, Perl or Python etc.

OPTIONAL SKILLS OR QUALIFICATION ( NICE TO HAVE )

· Degree in Computer Science.

· Experience in the Financial Service Industry.

· Knowledge of OpenShift, Ceph or ArgoCD an advantage.

· Certified Kubernetes Engineer (CKA certified).
