- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and practices that align with the organization's goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries, conflicts, and performance issues
- Develop and implement employee development and training programs to support career growth and skills development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as employment laws, labor laws, and company policies.
- Manage employee records, Human Resource Information Systems, and other HR-related documentation.
- Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure effective HR operations.
- Manage and update employee compensation information in the HR/Payroll system. (incidents)
- Process terminations
- Accurately process weekly and bi-weekly employee payroll as the backup for this function.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field highly preferred.
