ADVANCED ENGLISH LEVEL
Experience in HR administration in small to medium-sized companies and Experience with LinkedIn Recruitment, understanding Boolean search and X-ray
Knowledge and successful experience in using primary sources and recruiting platforms in Mexico, Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and Understanding of key candidate assessment tools
* Manage the full cycle of HR documentation in accordance with local legislation and the company's internal policies (contracts and agreements, vacations, certifications, orders, etc.)
* Handle the full recruitment cycle at the location: candidate search, initial screening, conducting interviews, negotiating, and communicating offers.
* Develop and implement an onboarding system for new employees
*Organize corporate and team-building events in line with the global event strategy *Collaborate with the global HRBP and functional leaders to develop and implement strategies for employee retention, engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.

Monthly base salary 50K
