Your Role
he HR Generalist (Employee Relations) has the main responsibility to ensure healthy relations between the company, union and personnel. In addition this position has the responsibility to ensure the compliance to the federal labor law, collective contract, code of ethics among other relevant regulations.
·Ensure healthy relations and communication between company, union and employees
·Ensure the compliance to the federal labor law, collective contract, code of ethics and other applicable regulations
·Manage the discipline standards across all types of employees including visitors and contractors
·Ensure the delivery of high quality services to the personnel such as cafeteria, transportation, etc.
·Determine work shifts as per the law
·Analyze and propose action plans for the continuous improvement of HR Metrics
·Generate HR Metrics such as turnover and absenteeism
·Responsible of management and follow up to labor suits
·Responsible of the annual collective contract negotiation and profit share process
·Ensure the working conditions are safe and adequate for the personnel

Your Skills
Knowledge - Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, Tax Law
Education - Bachelor in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial engineering or related.
Experience
+3 years of experience managing employee relations in companies over 500 employees
Lixil Competencies - Results driven, Responsibility, Customer centrality, Accuracy, Reliability.
