Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, preferably within call center environments, and must be able to conduct interviews and screen candidates in both English and Spanish at an advanced conversational level (B2+). This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a high volume of recruitment needs efficiently and who possesses a strong command of social media and job boards to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, with a focus on high-volume call center roles.
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidate fit, skills, and language proficiency.
- Utilize social media and various online job platforms to post job openings, engage with potential candidates, and build a talent pipeline.
- Maintain organized records of candidates, track hiring metrics, and provide regular updates to the HR team.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired qualifications.
- Review and analyze job applications, resumes, and certifications to ensure candidate suitability.
- Conduct and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking events to expand talent reach.
- Continuously improve recruitment practices and provide insights into current hiring trends within the industry.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on call center or high-volume hiring.
- Advanced conversational English (B2+) and experience conducting interviews in English; certification in English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and job boards for recruitment (do not mention specific job boards).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications or diplomas in HR, recruitment, or similar fields are highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
