This position is responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of our sales strategy for the segment across Latin America. Should be comfortable with collecting data, identifying opportunities and proposing business cases to win market share on those segments.
What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering and a Master's degree or MBA are required
- Fluent spanish and english are required
- Previous experience on sales related roles as an individual contributor and also leading teams of field-based, solutions-oriented sales professionals in onshore, oil & gas and refineries sectors/companies in a multinational environment
- Experience in matrix organizations or regional roles is a plus
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts
- Must be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, and smartphones. Salesforce is a plus
