Overview:
As the Brand Identity Designer at ATA, you will be the creative steward of our brand, responsible for managing all aspects of our brand's visual identity. Your role will be pivotal in launching and expanding our global footprint through compelling design. You will oversee the creation and production of all branding materials, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. Your work will enable our sales team, enhance our marketing efforts, and solidify our presence in the supply chain logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development and Management:
- Develop and maintain the company's brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Create and update brand assets including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
- Design and Production:
- Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital assets.
- Develop visual content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Create presentations and pitch decks for sales and business development teams.
- Brand Launch:
- Lead the design efforts for product and service launches.
- Develop launch materials such as packaging, promotional items, and event graphics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive branding strategies.
- Sales Enablement:
- Design sales tools and resources, such as case studies, white papers, and infographics.
- Create visually compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Support the sales team with custom graphics and visuals for client meetings and pitches.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals for advertising campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for digital and print advertising.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of design elements in marketing campaigns.
- Event Support:
- Design event materials including banners, booth designs, and promotional items.
- Ensure brand consistency at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Create event invitations, programs, and signage.
- Content Creation:
- Develop visual content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging video content and animations.
- Design email marketing templates and newsletters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the supply chain logistics industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with web design and digital content creation.
- Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
