Details of the Role: We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern. In this role, you will assist in creating and managing content for our corporate social media channels. As a valuable member of our Marketing team, you will contribute to the development and execution of our social media strategies.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in creating graphic designs, audio, and video content.
- Support the export of graphics and files for mobile and web distribution.
- Help set up and implement social media and communication campaigns that align with our marketing strategies.
- Schedule and publish both paid and organic content on CRM and social media platforms.
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Collaborate with the global Social Media team, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in collecting and interpreting social media analytics for monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
- Studying a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Relevant coursework or experience in social media management or marketing.
- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with post-production tools are a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred.
- A strong understanding of digital trends and editing principles.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze website traffic and online engagement metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
