As a Production Lead, you will guarantee an organized production process flow through management and optimization resources according to operative excellence model, following EHS procedures and norms.

You will report to Production Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee internal process to guarantee its flow according to production plan.
• Evaluate process efficiency according to productivity-quality-cost goals
• Verify and control process behavior to assurance productivity to reduce times and movements
• Participate and execution programs for Security, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.
• Coordinate and evaluate people training in direction for productivity, security and resources
• Improve production process through continuous improvement projects
• Create reports to make the best decisions according to production and performance personnel
• Assurance material resources through updated inventory control
• Manage payroll, hirings, movements and general incidences of the team on system according to norms and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• 3-year minimum experience in similar roles
• Chemical, Industrial or similar Engineering
• Solid knowledge in lean manufacturing and operative excellence tools, EHS norms, risk analysis, Quality Systems Management, production process for solvent base products, ISO 9001:2015
• Experience leading work teams
• Knowledge of Oracle and WMS
• Intermediate level of Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Intermediate English
• Availability to shift roles and work on weekends
