Managing Director – General Manager

A well-established company with national and international operations is seeking a General Manager to lead its business strategy and overall operations. This is a confidential executive-level search focused on identifying a strong, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in driving organizational performance and sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all company operations with a focus on strategic execution, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with the company's objectives.
• Supervise key functions such as finance, commercial, operations, and human capital.
• Strengthen internal processes to ensure financial targets and business goals are achieved.
• Represent the company with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles, preferably as General Manager, Country Manager, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial oversight, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in negotiation and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Valid passport and visa required.
• Solid understanding of import/export processes is highly preferred.
• Experience in industries such as petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial processes is desirable.
