Descripción
We seek a highly skilled Chemical Engineer with at least 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our Quality Department at our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in North Texas.
English with a minimum certified B1/B2 level is required. Diploma and professional card are required.
1. Mapping the organization's processes.
2. Mapping the documents and alignment of the operation.
3. Designing, establishing, and executing the study of times and movements.
4. Establishing an improvement proposal for optimizing resources, according to the flow of the processes and waste reduction.
5. Monitoring of the projects for the improvement of the processes.
6. Establishing the guidelines for the operational indicators of the processes.
7. Designing quality metrics for the manufacturing procedures.
8. Reviewing historical operating records, data analysis, and trends in the operation.
9. Establishing the basis for analyzing operational risks with tools such as FMEA, monitoring actions, and operational projects derived from these.
10. Reviewing operating flows and aligning with the company's ERP.
11. Actively participating in quality projects.
12. Executing the control and statistical analysis of all processes.
13. Work closely with the company's multidisciplinary teams to implement advanced quality tools and control plans.
14. Establish the quality foundations for operational discipline.
15. Make records in accordance with good documentation practices and data integrity.
16. When applicable, actively participate in qualifications and validations related to the QMS system.
17. Actively participate in calibrations, qualifications, validations related to the QMS system that are assigned.
18. Actively participate in the organization's projects that are assigned
Willing to relocate to North Texas. We assist with housing.
Current passport and USA Visa.
Job Details:
Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Compensation is based on experience.
