We seek a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team, specializing in the ocean or ground freight industry. If you have a solid track record in ocean freight logistics and are adept at building client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive (Ocean, Ground, or Air Freight). Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in this industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ocean or ground freight industry, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective client and colleague engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular online and offline meetings, ensuring effective presentation of our services to potential and existing clients, addressing client needs, and handling objections professionally.
- Present proposals and close accounts effectively according to the established KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in ocean or ground freight sectors.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
