Carolina Logistics is a prominent American freight forwarder with 14 years of expertise in the international market. Headquartered in South Carolina, we offer comprehensive logistics solutions, seamlessly combining air, land, and ocean transportation services. Our commitment to excellence extends to providing smart logistics solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency, all while offering exceptional customer service to our clients.

We seek a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team, specializing in the ocean or ground freight industry. If you have a solid track record in ocean freight logistics and are adept at building client relationships, we want to hear from you!


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative (AirFreight). Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in this industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the air and ocean freight industry, including industry trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular online and offline meetings, ensuring effective presentation of our services to potential and existing clients, addressing client needs, and handling objections professionally.
  • Present proposals and close accounts effectively according to the established KPIs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in ocean or ground freight sectors.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.


Terms:

Competitive Salary + Commissions + Bonuses

Working Zone: Torre Mil 500

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
