Bachelor's degree in international commerce or a career related to business administration or engineering.
Conversational English.
2 years of experience in international commerce.
Experience in Automotive Industry.
Responsibilities:
Import and export process management: Handling of import and export operations, including customs declarations (SAT), customs clearance and logistics coordination, ensuring compliance with Customs Mexico regulations.
Documentation management: Preparation and review of import and export documents, such as certificates of origin, bill of lading (BL / AWB) and pedimentos.
Logistics coordination: Organization of sea, air and land transportation, contact with freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Compliance and risk control: Ensure compliance with regulations such as T-MEC (USMCA) and IMMEX, minimizing risks in foreign trade operations.
Cost optimization: Monitoring and reducing tariff and logistics costs to improve operational efficiency.
Customer and supplier communication: Maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and customers, resolving import and export related issues.
Market monitoring: Follow international trade trends and propose improvements in import and export processes.
