Technical Estimator – Commercial and Industrial Projects

Job objective:

Responsible for generating accurate and competitive estimates for bids and technical projects focused on commercial and industrial infrastructure, including data centers, warehouses, and logistics spaces.

Main Responsibilities:

- Analyze plans, specifications, and technical documentation.

- Perform detailed calculations of costs, materials, and timelines.

- Prepare clear and complete bid proposals.

- Coordinate with the engineering, purchasing, and sales departments.

- Identify technical and financial risks in each project.

- Update price and supplier databases.

- Participate in negotiations with clients and contractors.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in estimating industrial and commercial projects.

- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, civil works.

- Use of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, or similar.

- Numerical analysis and budget management skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Main responsibilities

• Perform cost estimates for construction or installation projects for data centers, warehouses, and other technical infrastructure.

• Prepare proposals for bids, including analysis of plans, technical specifications, and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure that estimates are accurate and competitive.

• Assess technical and financial risks associated with each project.

• Use specialized software for calculations, simulations, and budget generation.

Professional profile

• Experience in industrial or commercial projects (warehouses, logistics centers, data centers).

• Knowledge of building regulations, electrical installations, HVAC, structured cabling, etc.

• Proficiency in tools such as STACK, Planyard, AutoCAD, Revit, advanced Excel.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.

• Negotiation and communication skills to interact with suppliers and customers.
