What awaits you? - Develop and implement training programs for various electrical tests (high-voltage, insulation, dielectric, source-sink) and create a comprehensive strategy for the Bodyshop, paint shop, and energy module production technologies.
- Collaborate with the planning department to ensure smooth integration and installation of equipment, including validation and acceptance procedures.
- Guarantee seamless integration of PLCs and line equipment with Shopfloor systems through accurate connection and parameterization.
- Provide comprehensive training to production personnel on automation concepts, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Oversee and execute maintenance activities, including firmware/hardware updates, program/logic modifications, network configurations, digitalization initiatives, and fostering an innovative mindset.
What should you bring along? - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on controls engineering, electrical engineering, robot engineering, automotive/automation engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience controls engineering or electrical testing development in the automotive industry or similar, preferably in production, planning or maintenance.
- Proven ability to effectively train and mentor technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
