What awaits you? - Develop and execute a comprehensive control training strategy for bodyshop, paintshop, and energy module production technologies.
- Own and manage all controls technologies and maintenance activities, including firmware/hardware updates, program/logic modifications, network configurations, and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with the planning department on equipment integration, installation, validation, and acceptance processes.
- Drive equipment uptime and performance by analyzing downtime and faults, implementing preventive maintenance strategies, and leading improvement projects.
What should you bring along? - Bachelor's degree in Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automotive/Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on controls engineering experience in the automotive industry or a similar high-tech environment.
- Proven expertise in safety systems (PLC, robot, drives), preferably within a production, planning, or maintenance context.
- Fluency in English.
