Descripción
Responsibilities:
- Role as General Manager in XCMG FINANCIAL MEXICO.
- Support XCMG project team to finish establishment of the financial company.
- Support the shareholder with the operational establishment and assume responsibility for the day one readiness, assume responsibility for financial products and sales activities of the company.
- Help establishing and improving the risk control system to ensure safety of company assets.
- Recruit localized employees and conduct daily management work.
- Negotiate with local distributors/sales subsidiaries, develop cooperation plans and business policies.
- Guide employees to process financing orders and carry out financing activities; Supervise payment collection and strengthen debt control.
- Communicate with local financial institutions and expand localized financing channels.
- Design financial service business plans and actively promote XCMG's financing business in Mexico.
- Analyze the operation of local financing business and propose optimization plans for funding, financing, and other businesses; support / monitor and secure currency exchange issues.
Submit monthly operating report and related financial data to the HQ.
Experience:
- Adequate general seniority ([5] years general working experience)
- Sufficient management experience (at least [3] years) at financial institution(bank/SOFOM), acceptable to meet suitability criteria of CNBV and CONDUSEF.
- A responsible manager in a bank, SOFOM will be considered as qualified experience.
- Work experience requirements for extremely excellent candidates with qualified skills and knowledge could be loosen on case-by-case scenario.
The candidate should have deep understanding in loan and financial leasing services and basic experience for risk control to help the company to setup relevant internal regulations.
Knowledge:
- Explicit product knowledge in the finance leasing sector
- Knowledge should cover:
o Financial reporting and risk management
o Compliance know-how / experience with supervisory and regulatory issue
o Being able to tailor specific customer requirements
o Quality management and business controlling
o Safeguarding the requirements of data protection and specific data security
o Strategic and analytic knowledge
